Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP1LP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WBP1LP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are BFAR, HOXA5, and EPHB6. Each is linked with WBP1LP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP1LP8-to-partner and partner-to-WBP1LP8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BFAR grouped by WBP1LP8-low versus WBP1LP8-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WBP1LP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→WBP1LP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
