Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WBP1LP8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WBP1LP8 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher WBP1LP8 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WBP1LP8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and BRCA are the cancer types where WBP1LP8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
