WBP1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,730 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITPRIPL2, SUFU, and FAM160B1. Each is linked with WBP1L in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP1L-to-partner and partner-to-WBP1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WBP1L versus ITPRIPL2 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WBP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→WBP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
