Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,149 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, SNX9, and NOL10. Each is linked with WBP1L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP1L-to-partner and partner-to-WBP1L results are reported.
