Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,260 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR2A, RUSC1, and RNU6-1091P. Each is linked with WBP1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP1L-to-partner and partner-to-WBP1L results are reported.
