Across TCGA cell cohorts, WBP1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,117 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Endosomal transport, and CXCL12-activated CXCR4 signaling pathway. Each is linked with WBP1L in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP1L-to-partner and partner-to-WBP1L results are reported.
