Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,406 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WBP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51AP1, MAGOHB, and MRPL51. Each is linked with WBP11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP11-to-partner and partner-to-WBP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WBP11 versus RAD51AP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WBP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→WBP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
