WBP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smac, A-Raf_pS299, and MEK1. Each is linked with WBP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP11-to-partner and partner-to-WBP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smac grouped by WBP11-low versus WBP11-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WBP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→WBP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
