Across TCGA cell cohorts, WBP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,098 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytokinesis, Mitotic spindle elongation, and Meiotic chromosome condensation. Each is linked with WBP11 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP11-to-partner and partner-to-WBP11 results are reported.
