WASL-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASL-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,346 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASL-DT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAXIP1-DT, LINC01003, and WASL. Each is linked with WASL-DT in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASL-DT-to-partner and partner-to-WASL-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASL-DT versus PAXIP1-DT in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASL-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASL-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
