Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,504 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASHC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFEC, RPIA, and FLVCR2. Each is linked with WASHC5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC5-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASHC5 versus TFEC in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
