Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,779 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASHC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are STIP1, LMNB2, and ZMYND19. Each is linked with WASHC5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC5-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STIP1 grouped by WASHC5-low versus WASHC5-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
