Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 622 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASHC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1305P, CENPNP1, and RNU6-13P. Each is linked with WASHC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC3-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1305P grouped by WASHC3-low versus WASHC3-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
