WASHC2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,152 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPF, DAP3, and SIRT1. Each is linked with WASHC2C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC2C-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASHC2C versus HNRNPF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
