Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,629 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM120B, TFIP11, and ATP6V1E1. Each is linked with WASHC2C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC2C-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC2C results are reported.
