Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASHC2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Di-Ras3, Src, and FoxM1. Each is linked with WASHC2C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC2C-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Di-Ras3 grouped by WASHC2C-low versus WASHC2C-high in UCEC.
