WASHC2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASHC2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,813 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASHC2A, MARCHF8, and PARG. Each is linked with WASHC2C in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC2C-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASHC2C versus WASHC2A in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
