Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASHC2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,818 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to endosome, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with WASHC2C in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC2C-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC2C results are reported.
