Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,141 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, Regulation of actin nucleation, and Obsolete regulation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase activity. Each is linked with WASHC1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC1-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC1 results are reported.
