WASF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,396 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, HDGFL3, and C1orf198. Each is linked with WASF3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASF3-to-partner and partner-to-WASF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASF3 versus TMOD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
