Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,708 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYMP, MYOM1, and DACT3. Each is linked with WASF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASF3-to-partner and partner-to-WASF3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASF3 versus TYMP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
