WASF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,508 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBF4B, GPT2, and CDT1. Each is linked with WASF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASF3-to-partner and partner-to-WASF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBF4B grouped by WASF3-low versus WASF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
