Across TCGA patient cohorts, WARS2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,252 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WARS2-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPT1, RBM15, and RSBN1. Each is linked with WARS2-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WARS2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-WARS2-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WARS2-AS1 versus TPT1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
