Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WAPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,145 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WAPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS3P1, CKS1BP6, and POLE2. Each is linked with WAPL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAPL-to-partner and partner-to-WAPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS3P1 grouped by WAPL-low versus WAPL-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WAPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→WAPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
