Across TCGA cell cohorts, WAPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,003 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WAPL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, and Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process. Each is linked with WAPL in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAPL-to-partner and partner-to-WAPL results are reported.
