Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, WAPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 494 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WAPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, KRTAP12-3, and TSSK1B. Each is linked with WAPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAPL-to-partner and partner-to-WAPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROP1 grouped by WAPL-low versus WAPL-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WAPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→WAPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
