VXN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VXN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 683 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VXN-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIGD1AP3, LINC01874, and MTND3P2. Each is linked with VXN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VXN-to-partner and partner-to-VXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIGD1AP3 grouped by VXN-low versus VXN-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→VXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
