VWF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,708 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BGN, LAMA4, and CDH5. Each is linked with VWF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWF-to-partner and partner-to-VWF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VWF versus BGN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWF→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
