Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,803 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VWF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYCT1, DIPK2B, and CD34. Each is linked with VWF in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWF-to-partner and partner-to-VWF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VWF versus MYCT1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWF→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
