VWF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VWF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,248 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWF-associated genes across cancer lineages are JOSD1, ZNF66, and PISD. Each is linked with VWF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWF-to-partner and partner-to-VWF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JOSD1 grouped by VWF-low versus VWF-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWF→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
