Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWDE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,576 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWDE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTSS1, SLK, and DHX8. Each is linked with VWDE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWDE-to-partner and partner-to-VWDE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VWDE versus MTSS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
