VWDE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWDE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 566 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWDE-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOM1, PEX12, and CWH43. Each is linked with VWDE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWDE-to-partner and partner-to-VWDE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VWDE versus MYOM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWDE→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWDE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
