VWDE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWDE mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWDE-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with VWDE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWDE-to-partner and partner-to-VWDE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by VWDE-low versus VWDE-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWDE→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWDE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
