VWA8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,938 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWA8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUCLA2, GPALPP1, and HMGB1. Each is linked with VWA8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA8-to-partner and partner-to-VWA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VWA8 versus SUCLA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
