VWA8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWA8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,709 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are S1PR2, BATF3, and PPP1R18. Each is linked with VWA8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA8-to-partner and partner-to-VWA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VWA8 versus S1PR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
