VWA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWA8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, UHRF1, and CENPU. Each is linked with VWA8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA8-to-partner and partner-to-VWA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by VWA8-low versus VWA8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
