Across TCGA cell cohorts, VWA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,443 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWA8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Malate metabolic process, Sister chromatid biorientation, and Copper ion export. Each is linked with VWA8 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA8-to-partner and partner-to-VWA8 results are reported.
