Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWA5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,905 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VWA5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, ANLN, and SCN7A. Each is linked with VWA5A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA5A-to-partner and partner-to-VWA5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VWA5A versus C7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWA5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWA5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
