VWA5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWA5A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWA5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, p70-S6K, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with VWA5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA5A-to-partner and partner-to-VWA5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by VWA5A-low versus VWA5A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWA5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWA5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
