VWA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,843 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC186, PKP4, and ABLIM1. Each is linked with VWA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA2-to-partner and partner-to-VWA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VWA2 versus CCDC186 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
