VTI1BP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTI1BP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,364 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VTI1BP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5BD1P, SIAH1P1, and RN7SL372P. Each is linked with VTI1BP3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTI1BP3-to-partner and partner-to-VTI1BP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VTI1BP3 versus OR5BD1P in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VTI1BP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VTI1BP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
