Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VTI1BP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated VTI1BP3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher VTI1BP3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VTI1BP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LGG show a favorable association.

LIHC, KIRC, and READ are the cancer types where VTI1BP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
