Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTI1BP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,823 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VTI1BP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Activation of GTPase activity, Protein destabilization, and Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with VTI1BP3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTI1BP3-to-partner and partner-to-VTI1BP3 results are reported.
