Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTI1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,009 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VTI1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are VDAC1P3, OR7E156P, and MIR8062. Each is linked with VTI1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTI1B-to-partner and partner-to-VTI1B results are reported.
