VTI1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTI1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,049 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VTI1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-380P, FAR1P1, and HMGN1P20. Each is linked with VTI1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTI1A-to-partner and partner-to-VTI1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-380P grouped by VTI1A-low versus VTI1A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VTI1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VTI1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
