VTCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,000 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VTCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02348, INO80B-WBP1, and HTR1A. Each is linked with VTCN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTCN1-to-partner and partner-to-VTCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02348 grouped by VTCN1-low versus VTCN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VTCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VTCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
