Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 721 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-33P, CCNHP1, and RNU6-1197P. Each is linked with VTA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTA1-to-partner and partner-to-VTA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-33P grouped by VTA1-low versus VTA1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
