Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are S6_pS235_S236, Caspase-8, and CDK1_pY15. Each is linked with VTA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTA1-to-partner and partner-to-VTA1 results are reported.
