Across TCGA cell cohorts, VTA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,341 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VTA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 7-methylguanosine RNA capping, 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping, and Regulation of sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with VTA1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTA1-to-partner and partner-to-VTA1 results are reported.
