Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,939 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Negative regulation of endocytosis, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with VSX2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSX2-to-partner and partner-to-VSX2 results are reported.
